Brazil's BNP Paribas to sell real-denominated two-year bonds

New York, April 4 - BNP Paribas SA (Aa2/AA) plans to issue a real-denominated offering of bonds due April 2008, according to a market source.

Price guidance has been set at 13.20% to 13.70%.

The bonds will be structured as senior unsecured bonds under the issuer's euro medium-term note program.

Payments will be paid in U.S. dollars.

BNP Paribas is the bookrunner for the Regulation S transaction.
