New Issue: BNP Paribas tap market for $750 million five-year notes at Treasuries plus 143 bps

New York, Dec. 4 - BNP Paribas SA was in the market Tuesday with a $750 million sale of five-year notes (A2/A+/A+) sold at 143 basis points over Treasuries, a source away from the trade said.

The notes priced at the tight end of guidance in the 143 bps to 147 bps range.

Full terms of the trade were not available at press time.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp. was the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in Paris.
