Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 20 – BNP Paribas SA (Aa3/A+/A+) sold $1.25 billion of 2.824% 20-year notes on Tuesday, according to a market source.
The bonds priced at Treasuries plus 118 basis points. The notes were talked in the Treasuries plus 145 bps area.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp. was the bookrunner.
BNP Paribas is a Paris-based banking and financial services company.
