BNP Paribas plans to price buffered notes linked to S&P 500 index
New York, Jan. 10 – BNP Paribas plans to price 0% buffered notes due Jan. 31, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 25% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 25%.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp. is the agent.
The notes will price on Jan. 26 and settle on Jan. 31.
The Cusip number is 05579TTB2.
