BNP Paribas to price buffered return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

New York, Dec. 5 – BNP Paribas plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Dec. 30, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the 105% of the index return.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 27 and settle on Dec. 30.

The Cusip number is 05579TSW7.
