BNP Paribas plans to price four-year buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 8 – BNP Paribas plans to price 0% buffered notes due March 31, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.

BNP Paribas is the agent.

The notes will price on March 28 and settle on March 31.

The Cusip number is 05579TLX2.
