BNP Paribas plans to price buffered notes linked to S&P 500 index

Madison, Wis., Sept. 8 – BNP Paribas plans to price 0% buffered notes due Sept. 28, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any decline beyond the 20% buffer.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp. is the agent. Advisors Asset Management, Inc. is distributor.

The fees are expected to be 0%.

The notes are expected to price Sept. 25 and settle Sept. 30.

The Cusip number is 05579T4D5.
