Polish REIT EPP postpones five-year notes ‘due to adverse market’

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, June 18 – EPP Finance NV, a subsidiary of EPP NV, said it has decided to postpone its debut issue of euro-denominated five-year notes (expected ratings: Ba1/BB+) due to adverse market conditions, according to a syndicate source on Monday.

The Regulation S notes had been talked at more than €400 million in size and were being sold via joint bookrunners Deutsche Bank, HSBC and UBS Investment Bank.

EPP, formerly named Echo Polska Properties NV, is a real estate investment trust focused on retail properties in Poland. The company is registered in Amsterdam.
