New Issue: Bank of China London sells £300 million two-year floaters at Sonia plus 56 bps

Chicago, Aug. 4 – Bank of China Ltd. London Branch sold a £300 million offering of two-year floating-rate notes (A1/A/A) with an interest based on Sonia plus a 56 basis points margin, according to an offering document.

The notes priced at par on Tuesday.

The series 116 notes pay interest quarterly.

The Regulation S sale was managed by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd., Bank of China Ltd., London Branch, BOCI Asia Ltd., CLSA Ltd. Commerzbank AG, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, DBS Bank Ltd., HSBC Bank plc, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, RBC Europe Ltd. Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas and Citigroup Global Markets Ltd.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
