S&P maintains, affirms B&N Bank

S&P said it maintained the B long-term issuer credit rating on B&N Bank on CreditWatch with developing implications, where it was originally placed on Sept. 22.

At the same time, the agency affirmed the B short-term issuer credit rating on the bank.

“We are maintaining the CreditWatch because we consider that a number of important details regarding the bank's financial rehabilitation, including the amount of required capital support and further development prospects of the bank, still need clarification,” S&P said in a news release.

“We expect to receive further details in the next three months, which could have a positive or negative impact on our ratings on the bank.”
