Elements Behavioral Health committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Pittsburgh, June 12 – Elements Behavioral Health’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Monday by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Matthew Ward of Wilmington, Del., representing George Joseph; Brett S. Moore of New York, representing Robin Barnett; David Navarro of San Antonio, representing William Wade White of WBL Management, LLC; Paul Rappoport of Wpromote, LLC of El Segundo, Calif.; and Robert Larsen of RR Donnelly, based in Warrenville, Ill.

Elements is a Long Beach, Calif.-based behavioral health company. The company filed bankruptcy on May 23 under Chapter 11 case number 18-11212.
