JPMorgan to price contingent coupon autocallable yield notes on Broadcom

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Jan. 27, 2022 linked to the common stock of Broadcom Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Each quarter, the notes pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 10.35% per year if the stock closes at or above the trigger value, 70% of the initial share price, on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above the initial share price on any quarterly observation date other than the first and final dates.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below the trigger value, in which case investors will have one-to-one exposure to the stock’s decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 24.

The Cusip number is 48132HVQ2.
