New York, March 23 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.34 million of contingent income autocallable securities due March 20, 2026 linked to the common stock of Broadcom Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.65% per year, paid quarterly, if the stock closes at or above its 60% downside threshold on the relevant observation date.
The securities will be called automatically at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date.
At maturity, the payout will be par unless the stock finishes below its downside threshold level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
