Fitch pulls UBI ratings

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Unione di Banche Italiane SpA's ratings, including the long-term issuer default rating at BBB- with a stable outlook, and withdrew all issuer-level ratings.

The rating action follows the bank's merger with Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, the agency said.
