New Issue: Ocean Yield sells NOK 750 million bonds with Nibor plus 425 bps coupon

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 26 – Ocean Yield ASA placed NOK 750 million of senior bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds carry a coupon of Nibor plus 425 basis points.

Danske Bank, DNB Markets, Nordea, Pareto Securities and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken acted as joint lead managers.

The company said the issue had strong interest and was oversubscribed.

Proceeds will be used for debt refinancing, for new investments and for general corporate purposes.

Ocean Yield is a Lysaker, Norway, owner of ships in the oil service and industrial shipping sectors.
