Moody's rates Hunt Oil of Peru notes Ba1
Moody's said it affirmed Hunt Oil Co. of Peru's Ba1 ratings and assigned a Ba1 to its planned notes for up to $450 million of 10-year amortizing trust-enhanced global senior unsecured notes.
The company will use the proceeds for debt refinancing and for general corporate purposes.
The outlook is stable.
