New Issue: Hong Kong’s AAC Technologies prices $388 million 3% five-year notes at 99.581

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 20 – AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. priced $388 million of 3% five-year notes at 99.581 on Wednesday, according to a notice.
The Regulation S offering was led by China International Capital, Hong Kong Securities Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. as joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
Proceeds will be used for refinancing and the development of the group’s business.
The company is a Hong Kong based supplier of products to leading mobile phone and consumer electronics makers.
