Stena Metall plans krona-denominated green bonds, investor meetings

Chicago, May 8 – Stena Metall Group said it has mandated DNB Markets, Handelsbanken and SEB to arrange a series of fixed-income investor meetings on May 22 in Stockholm to debut its new green bond framework.

Handelsbanken is the green bond structuring adviser.

The company expects that a krona-denominated green bond transaction will follow, subject to market conditions, according to the announcement.

Stena Metall is a recycling company based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
