Chicago, Sept. 26 – SFIL (Aa2/AA/DBRS: AAH) priced $500 million of 4.875% five-year senior notes at 99.499 to yield 4.93%, or at SOFR mid-swaps plus 54 basis points, according to a market source.
The notes priced on top of talk, in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 54 bps area.
BNP Paribas (billing and delivery), Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, JPMorgan and Nomura were bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.
The notes will be listed in Paris.
