Cambodia’s NagaCorp buys back $1.2 million more 7.95% senior notes

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 30 – NagaCorp Ltd. continues to repurchase its 7.95% senior notes (ISIN: XS2197693265) due July 6, 2024, according to a notice.

The company repurchased $1.2 million more of the notes in open-market purchases between Sept. 28 and Sept. 30.

The latest buyback represents 0.22% of the original $550 million issue.

The board expects to cancel the repurchased notes and they will no longer be outstanding.

Together with the other previous transactions, 0.89% of the original issue has now been repurchased.

The hotel, gaming and leisure operator is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with offices in Hong Kong.
