Cambodia’s NagaCorp plans notes offering via three bookrunners

Columbus, Ohio, June 22 – NagaCorp Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of notes (B1/B+) to institutional investors in Asia and Europe, according to a company announcement.

Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and UBS are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S offering.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the new notes to redeem some or all of its outstanding notes due 2021 at or prior to maturity and for general corporate purposes.

The hotel, gaming and leisure operator is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with offices in Hong Kong.
