New Issue: Mexico’s Grupo LALA prices 3 billion pesos of three-year bonds at TIIE plus 40 bps

New York, April 17 – Grupo LALA, SAB de CV priced 3 billion pesos of three-year bonds with a coupon of TIIE 28 plus 40 basis points, according to a news release.

The certificados bursatiles were sold in the Mexican market and were 1.1 times oversubscribed.

Proceeds will be used to refinance some of the debt incurred last year for the acquisition of Vigor Alimentos, SA.

Grupo LALA is a Mexico City company focused on healthy and nutritious food, particularly milk and dairy products.
