S&P changes One Call view
S&P said it revised One Call Corp.’s outlook to negative from stable.
The company’s B- issuer credit and all debt ratings were affirmed.
“One Call Corp. could face material earnings headwinds related to the fallout from the Covid-19 pandemic,” the agency said in a news release.
The company said the negative outlook reflects a view that it will consider lowering the rating if weaker earnings result in covenant or liquidity pressure, or if the agency views the capital structure as increasingly unsustainable.
