Chicago, Feb. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $90,000 of 0% notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 105% of the index return if the index return is above its initial value.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the losses of the index, subject to a minimum payout of $950 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
