New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5,000 step-up autocalls on S&P Economic Cycle Factor

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5,000 of 0% step-up autocallable notes due Aug. 30, 2024 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index closes at or above the call value on any annual review date, the notes will be automatically redeemed and the payout will be par plus a call premium of 5% per year.

The call value is 101.75% of the initial index level on the first annual review date and increases by 175 basis points each year.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
