Olympia, Wash., Aug. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $862,000 of 0% notes due July 31, 2024 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par.
