New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.9 million capped notes on S&P Economic Cycle Factor

Olympia, Wash., March 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.9 million of 0% capped notes due April 1, 2020 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at par plus 4.7%.

If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
