New Issue: JPMorgan prices $783,000 step-up autocalls on S&P Economic Cycle

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $783,000 step-up autocallable notes due Nov. 4, 2025 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 13.8% if the index closes at or above its call level on any review date other than the final date. The call level will be 102% of the initial level on the first call review date, stepping up by 100 basis points on each subsequent semiannual review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
