JPMorgan to price five-year step-up autocallables on S&P Economic Cycle

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price step-up autocallable notes due Oct. 31, 2023 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of at least 7.5% if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual review date other than the final date. The call level will be 101.5% of the initial level on the first review date, stepping up by 150 basis points on each subsequent review date to a final level of 106% of the initial level on the fourth review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.

The notes will price on Oct. 31.
