Columbus, Ohio, June 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $470,000 of 0% notes due May 30, 2025 linked to the S&P Economic Cycle Factor Rotator index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3.3 times any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
