Landsea Green Group plans offering of green senior notes

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 14 – Landsea Green Group Co., Ltd. plans to price a sale of dollar-denominated green senior notes, according to a notice.

Guotai Junan International, Haitong International and BofA Securities are the bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used for green projects and refinancing green bonds.

Landsea is a Nanjing, China-based investment holding company with four segments: property investment, property development and trading, securities investment and securities trading and provision of financial services.
