Landsea Green Group plans to conduct offering of green senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., June 17 – Landsea Green Group Co., Ltd. plans to price a sale of dollar-denominated green senior notes, according to a press release.

Proceeds will be used for green projects and refinancing green bonds.

Landsea is a Nanjing, China-based investment holding company with four segments: property investment, property development and trading, securities investment and securities trading and provision of financial services.
