Harvest CLO V directed by holders to redeem 12 classes of notes May 8

Olympia, Wash., April 11 – Harvest CLO V plc said its subordinated noteholders requested that 12 classes of notes be redeemed in whole, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on May 8:

• €42.5 million of class B senior secured floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €30 million of class C-1 senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €10 million of class C-2 senior secured deferrable fixed-rate notes due 2024;

• €26 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €26 million of class E-1 senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €5 million of class E-2 senior secured deferrable fixed-rate notes due 2024;

• €65 million of subordinated notes due 2024;

• €15 million of class P combination notes due 2024;

• €10 million of class Q combination notes due 2024;

• €2.55 million of class R combination notes due 2024;

• €2 million of class S combination notes due 2017; and

• €10 million of class U combination notes due 2017.
