Orano buys back €250.25 million of its 4 7/8% bonds due 2024

Olympia, Wash., April 24 – Orano bought back €250.25 million, or over 10%, of its 4 7/8% bonds due 2024, according to a press release.

The bonds were purchased and canceled on April 23.

The company used proceeds from new €750 million seven-year 3 3/8% notes that were issued on April 9.

Orano is a Paris-based nuclear fuel processor and energy company.
