New York, Sept. 1 – Orano priced €500 million of 2¾% notes due March 8, 2028 on Tuesday to yield 2.877%, according to a news release.
Orano plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and debt refinancing.
Initial price talk had the deal coming at a 360 basis points spread to mid-swaps.
At the order book closing, the demand reached €2.4 billion.
Santander, Bank of China, Bank of Montreal, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and JPMorgan are the bookrunners.
Orano is a Chatillon, Hauts-de-Seine, France-based nuclear fuel cycle company.
