Orano accepts tenders for €60.3 million of 3¼% and 3½% notes

Olympia, Wash., April 7 – Orano announced the results of a tender offer for its €500 million 3¼% notes due 2020 (ISIN: FR0011560986) and its €750 million 3½% notes due 2021 (ISIN: FR0010941690).

The final maximum acceptance amount was €60.3 million, the company said in a press release.

Specifically, €45 million of the 2020 notes and €15.3 million of the 2021 notes were tendered and accepted for purchase.

Settlement took place on April 1.

Orano is a Paris-based nuclear fuel processor and energy company.
