Moody’s drops HighPoint

Moody’s Investors Service said it downgraded HighPoint Operating Corp.’s probability of default rating to D-PD from C-PD. HighPoint filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 on Thursday.

The agency also affirmed HighPoint’s Ca corporate family rating and C senior unsecured note rating. The SGL-4 speculative grade liquidity rating and negative outlook are unchanged.
