Southeastern Grocers posts $74.87 million loss for March 27-April 18

New York, May 21 – Southeastern Grocers, LLC reported a net loss of $74.87 million for the period from March 27 to April 18, according to its monthly operating report filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, according to a company news release.

The operating loss for the period was $63.09 million.

As of April 18, the company had $222.33 million of cash and equivalents.

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Southeastern Grocers is parent company and home of BI-LO, Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie grocery stores. The company filed bankruptcy on March 27 under Chapter 11 case number 18-10700.
