By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 12 – China’s Times China Holdings Ltd. plans to price U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes, subject to market conditions, according to a company notice.

The notes will be guaranteed by subsidiaries.

Guotai Junan International, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, Haitong International and HSBC are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds of the notes will be used for refinancing existing debt and for general working capital purposes.

Times China is a property development holding company based in Guangzhou, China.
