Times China increases 2022 note repurchase amounts from open market

Chicago, Feb. 28 – Times China Holdings Ltd. provided an update on repurchases from the 5¾% senior notes due 2022 and its 5.3% senior notes due 2022, according to an announcement.

Times China has now repurchased $49,576,000 of the 5¾% notes, representing about 22.03% of the initial $225 million issue. This leaves $175,424,000 of the notes remaining.

The company also repurchased $33.2 million of the 5.3% notes, representing 16.6% of the initial $200 million issue. There are $166.8 million of the notes outstanding.

The notes were purchased on the open market between Jan. 10 and Feb. 28.
