Times China to sell dollar-denominated senior notes

Concord, N.H., May 27 – Times China Holdings Ltd. plans to sell dollar-denominated senior notes (expected ratings: B1/B+), according to an announcement.

UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, CLSA, China Citic Bank International, Guotai Junan International, Haitong International, Barclays, Bocom International, China International Capital Corp., DBS Bank Ltd., Goldman Sazchs (Asia) LLC will be the bookrunners for the Regulation S sale.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company’s mid- and long-term debt that will become due and payable within a year.

Times China is a property development holding company based in Guangzhou, China.
