Blue Square-Israel subsidiary plans NIS 300 million debentures offer

New York, Oct. 8 - Blue Square-Israel Ltd. subsidiary Blue Square Real Estate Ltd. announced that its board has opted to move forward with a public offering of NIS 300 million of debentures.

The Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, food retailer said that the debentures will be issued under the shelf registration statement dated in May.

The debentures to be issued are to be listed in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
