Walmart intends to price notes in three parts via six bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., April 16 – Walmart Inc. intends to offer fixed-rate notes in three tranches, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have make-whole calls and then par calls.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and NatWest Markets Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.

The discount retailer is based in Bentonville, Ark.
