Chicago, Aug. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $782,000 of autocallable yield notes due Aug. 8, 2024 linked to the common stock of Walmart Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 7.65%, paid quarterly.
The securities will be called automatically starting Feb. 3, 2023 at par if the price of the underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price and on any subsequent quarterly review date.
If the stock gains or ends above its 80% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
