S&P revises GreenSky view to negative

S&P said it revised the outlook for GreenSky Holdings LLC to negative from stable and affirmed all its ratings on the company, including the B+ issuer rating.

“The negative outlook reflects the challenges Greensky may face, including those related to sustaining existing bank funding relationships and expanding funding to support new loan growth. We are also considering Covid-19-related disruptions to loan growth and the company's ongoing declines in profitability due to changes in loan economics,” S&P said in a press release.
