New York, July 19 - Bluerock Resources Ltd. has wrapped a private placement for C$1,009,049.
The company sold 3,363,499 units at C$0.30 each.
The units are comprised of one share and one warrant, each of which is exercisable at C$0.40 for two years.
The non-brokered deal priced as a C$1.65 million offering on June 12.
Proceeds will be used for exploration on the company's current projects and for working capital.
Bluerock, based in Vancouver, B.C., is a uranium exploration company.
