New York, June 13 - Bluerock Resources Ltd. intends to raise C$1.65 million in a private placement.

The non-brokered offering includes up to 5.5 million units at C$0.30 apiece.

Each unit consists of one share and one warrant. The warrants are exercisable at C$0.40 each for two years.

Bluerock, based in Vancouver, B.C., is a uranium exploration company.
