New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6 million capped return enhanced notes on stock basket

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due Oct. 28, 2020 linked to an equally weighted basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The stocks included in the basket are Apple Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., salesforce.com, inc., ServiceNow, Inc., Twilio Inc., Atlassian Corp. plc, Veeva Systems Inc., DocuSign, Inc., Zendesk, Inc. and Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the basket gain, subject to a maximum return of 23.4%. If the basket return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
