S&P rates Hudson River Trading loan BB-

S&P said it assigned a BB- rating to Hudson River Trading LLC’s new senior secured term loan. The company is refinancing its term loan and increasing it by $150 million.

The agency affirmed its BB- ratings on Hudson and its senior secured debt.

The outlook is stable.
