Circet to launch €680 million credit facility on Tuesday for LBO

New York, March 2 – Circet Groupe will hold a lender meeting at 4:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday in London for a €680 million credit facility, according to a market source.

The facility includes a €110 million 6.5-year revolver and a €570 million seven-year term loan B.

Deutsche Bank, UBS, NatWest, Societe Generale are physical bookrunners and are joined as bookrunners by Natixis, Credit Agricole, ING, Bank of Ireland, UniCredit and Credit Lyonnais.

Proceeds will be used to help finance the acquisition of Circet by Advent and to pay fees and expenses.

Commitments are due at 7 a.m. ET on March 20.

Circet is a Sollies-Pont, France, provider of telecom infrastructure services, including engineering, construction, activation, operation and maintenance.
